Job Scope & Descriptions:
Responsible for kitchen duties & to assist Head Chef in cooking and preparing food.
Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
Ensure food is prepared in accordance with the quality set.
Ensure all food and other kitchen equipment are sored properly.
Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene.
Perform other duties as assigned by Head Chef.
Qualifications & Skills:
Preferably Entry Level specialised in Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Knowledge in basic knife skill.
Able to uphold amicable working relationship with team members, management and customers.
Able to work on weekends & Public Holidays.
