One of the important things that related bodies has to address are the mindsetting of our new cohorts of young adults. Mostly are not matured enough to make their move to work, usually this lads are still confused on what to do with their future. Our 18 years old typical Malaysians in any year don’t really have anything in mind except few. Our education systems at secondary school failed to instill and nurture this section of thought and maturity.

Foreigners come with a goal to beat poverty of their families, while our young adults are just trying their luck while looking for better opportunities. The pattern difference are obvious, our employers surely can decide which one is better to hire.
