𝓫𝓮𝓪𝓷 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓫𝓵𝓸𝓼𝓼𝓸𝓶 — that's what I named my cake, since it’s made with mung beans and red beans

I’ve been wanting to finish it with a pop of yellow, so I made a pumpkin mousseline for piping, obsessed with the sunny vibes 💛

The best part was the homemade tau sar pheah (咸豆沙) filling, wonder does anyone guess the flavour even without the label?

Also baked chiffon in a tart mold this time! Adorable, but washing it was pure chaos 🥲

Still, nothing beats seeing so many cakes together at once. SooOOOoO cute!!

Made Tau Sar Pheah from scratch recently, and had some extra mung bean filling so I turned it into a pound cake with a little fusion twist

Surprisingly it tastes good! The saltiness from the mung bean filling and the sweetness from the red bean match well together. The buttery pound cake adds a rich and comforting base. It was a comforting cake after all and I guess the elderly would also love it :)
