We start again this week by introducing one of our employees. Indeed, today we would like to introduce Abdul Muhaimin Shahriman Shahriman to you. We also asked him why he joined us:

It's introduction time again. Today we are introducing someone to you again, this time Firdaus Hairom. We also asked him to tell you something about Hitower IT again.

Today is another day, when we introduce one of our contributors. This time Lin Cheng. We also asked him why he did join Hitower IT. Below is his answer:

''As someone who has worked alone since my last office job, I have experienced the overwhelming burden of having to deal with every aspect of a project. Including: business analysis, requirements gathering, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance. Recognizing the limitations of working in isolation, I am now pursuing a move from a small startup to a multinational corporation (MNC) where I can collaborate with others and learn from their expertise. This transition would allow me to explore new technologies, acquire new skills and expand my knowledge beyond what I can achieve on my own. In addition, I value work-life balance and seek a work environment that supports and encourages this.''
