One of the things we’ve learned from working on events is that food isn’t only about what ends up on the plate.

Sometimes it’s the moment 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 that people remember.

The smell of something cooking fresh.
Watching the chef prepare a dish right in front of you.
Guests gathering around the station and chatting while waiting for their turn.

That’s why we started introducing more 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 into our events over the years. They bring a different kind of energy to the room and turn food into part of the experience.

Some of the stations our guests enjoy the most include:
- Pani Puri Guacamole

- Pasta Station
- Satay Grill
- Mee Rebus

And lately, two stations that have been getting a lot of attention are 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗞𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗼𝘄 - cooked fresh in the wok and 𝗔𝗶𝘀 𝗞𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗴, which always brings back a bit of nostalgia.
