Caneles是源自法国的一个特殊甜点, 据说是由一群修女在提供当地穷人食物时不经意研发而成的,而且由于它的外貌也很像一个倒扣的钟玲,所以它也有天使之铃的这个美称. 可露丽表面都会偏向微焦, 这使到它的表层拥有一层薄薄的硬壳而且有股焦香味,吃起来就不会只是甜腻. 再来就是可露丽都是以高温短时间烘烤, 所以在拥有酥脆爽口外壳的同时内部却是湿润松软的,所以吃起来就很有层次感.

他们是以传统的方式去制作可露丽,不过在味道上却做了些微调. 与传统的香草朗姆可露丽不同, 他们所做的是柠檬琴酒味的可露丽. 内含有真正的柠檬丝,而且还加上他们自家Infuse的琴酒, 所以整体吃起来就更加不会腻呢,还外加一股柠檬的清香味呢.

For Fathers all over the world, it is almost as natural as blinking to take on the burden of support their families. Societies often associate Fathers or men to words like "strong", "tough", "undefeatable" or "rational", we sometimes forget that they are humans too. Let's take the time to appreciate those strong hands that lift you up during this Father's Day, by getting them one of our special made chocolate!

1) Cabin in the Wood
~ Whisky infused with coffee beans, cherry wood and cherry ~
Whisky is a powerful spirit with strong aftertaste. When infused with the above, the strength of it is round out to an equally powerful aromatic harmony. Think of this an alcoholic version of black forest combined with Irish coffee!

2) Son of a Peach
~ Brandy infused with peaches, plums, apricots and smoked cinnamon ~
Usually with an alcohol content of 50%, the usage of assorted prunes did wonder in completely soaking up all the nasty after taste of brandy, leaving it with not only its natural sweetness, but adding the heavenly sugary flavour of peaches along with the scent of smoked cinnamon that will warm your heart in an instant!

3) You Only Live Once
~ Gin infused with ginger, lime, lemon, tarragon and mint ~
YOLO!!!This one right here is going to give you a sensory bungee jump, so be mindful before hopping onto this ride! All ingredients are tangy by natural that when working together, form a powerful team that will kick you in the well taste bud.

4) Undying Love
~ Vodka infused with apple, pear and lemongrass~
Apple symbolizes love and wisdom while pear symbolizes immortality in Chinese culture. Together, they represents the undying love we all have for one another. On a more practical note, apple and pear are mostly aromatic that are likely to surround you with a fragrance of the Forbidden Eden.

5) Devil's Sangria
~ Red Wine infused with star anise, cloves, sage, orange~
We chose a dry red wine as our base to work on, noted of spices will be more apparent with each sip. Naturally, wine is not a strong alcohol to begin with, so when added into rich chocolate, it sync with the dark bitter-sweet flavour with an extra fruity note.
