Happy farming is an APP to make the vacated lands available for better use, produce more foods, and give lands a new life.
快乐农耕使浪费掉的土地来获得更好的运用，制造更多粮食生产，赋予土地新生命的应用程式。

Capitalism controlled and limited agricultural activities. Often, there are vacated lands with no farming activity carrying, which indirectly affects the production of foods. There are also diligent peoples, but they suffer from the lack of resources, no land, cannot do plantation. There are also unemployed persons, lacking a platform, unable to obtain lands for cultivate. Let those diligent peoples use the lands to produce crops that will bring economic benefits.
资本主义的制度限制了农业活动，常有荒废的土地，无人耕种，这样间接影响粮食的生产。也有勤奋的人，但苦于缺乏资源，没有耕地，无法种植。也有失业的人，缺少平台途径，无法获得耕地，无法种植。让勤奋的人好好使用这些土地，就能生产出农作物，带来经济效益，而不至于荒废。

Happy farming is an APP consisting of the following three features.
快乐农耕是一款以下三大功能所组成的应用程式。

1. Vacated Lands空置土地
Landowners fill in the information about his vacated lands, requested rewards. The rewards can be money, or % of crops. It also records the crops that have been planted in the past, and the harvest data of the land.
让土地业主们填写他的空置土地的资料，想获得的回酬等资料。回酬可以是金钱方面，也可以是生产出农作物等。这里也会记录过去土地曾经种植过的农作物，土地的收成等资料。

2. Amateur Farmer业余农民
Amateur farmers can fill in information regarding what they want to plant and the estimated harvest time. Share their planting results. Amateur farmers can search lands that can be planted, negotiate with the owners and reach a consensus.
业余农民们可以填写他们想种植的东西，估计收成时间。分享他们的种植成果。业余农民们可以寻找可种植的土地，和地主商量条件，取得共识。

3. Fruits and vegetables market 蔬果市场
Both amateur farmers and landowners can sell or exchange their crops here by uploading them on the APP.
业余农民和土地业主都可以透过在应用程式上传他们的出产，在这里卖或者交换。

About distribution of profits关于利益分配
1. Landowners can get money or crop as theirs rewards. 土地业主可以得到金钱或农作物回酬。
2. Amateur farmers can get crops, earn from fruits and vegetables market and other income业余农民农作物，蔬果市场等收益。
3. Investors can make a profit through the fruits and vegetables market, advertisement and other incomes. 投资者可以透过蔬果市场，广告等收入取得盈利。

Users can select the shops their usually visit or the shops nearby.

Users can key in the item name in the website/APP then it will list the latest price.
