Ni boleh dikatakan suku2 separuh jugak la kan kalau untuk diet if.. cukup protein dr ikan, zat besi dr sayur labu kuning, fiber dr sayur daun kelor, nasi pun suku je..lepas ni boleh la tambah baik dengan nasi brown rice pulak... Alhamdulillah Ala kulli hal 🥰
