We are deeply honoured that The Cara Hotel has been awarded 5 stars in Best Hotel Interior Suite Malaysia at the International Property Awards, held in Bangkok, and will go on to represent Malaysia at the Asia Pacific regional stage.

As an interior design studio, our work begins with understanding a place, its character, its culture, and the emotions we want people to carry when they step inside.

The Cara Hotel is a 36-unit boutique hotel nestled in Kota Kinabalu, designed to be an intimate experience rooted in the soul of Sabah. Designing The Cara was an exercise in listening. Listening to the land, to Sabah’s stories, and the quiet beauty this place carries.
