1. Educational Qualifications:
- SPM/STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
2. Required Skills:
- Expertise in customs clearance.
- Strong customer service and relationship management.
- Experience in dealing with government agencies.
- Knowledge of import/export processes.
3. Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in customs clearance, declaration, or international freight forwarding.
4. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
5. Language Proficiency:
- Effective communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
