Building at height is never a simple task — especially when the project is located on the 9th floor.

For this special project at MT Tree Hotel by YTL in Puchong, our team took on the challenge of delivering a prefabricated building solution in a high-rise environment. Every material had to be carefully transported and hoisted up by crane before being assembled and completed on site with proper coordination, planning, and precision.

Unlike conventional ground-level construction, this project required a smarter and more efficient approach. By using a steel structure system combined with Rumah Comel external panels, we were able to create a durable, practical, and visually refined permanent facility — while improving construction speed and site efficiency.

The completed facility includes:

From structural works to wall panels, flooring, roofing, and finishing details, every stage was carefully executed to ensure the final result met both functional and aesthetic expectations.

Solid Horizon has completed repair work for a Mobin unit after a leakage issue was identified at the edge of the ceiling.

Upon inspection, the leakage was found to be caused by gaps between the PU panel wall and ceiling area, which required proper sealing to prevent further water ingress.

Our repair action included removing all ceiling panels from inside the cabin, applying silicone sealant throughout the entire cabin along the affected gaps, and reinstalling the ceiling panels once the sealing work was completed.

This repair process helps strengthen the cabin’s water resistance, improve protection at the ceiling joints, and ensure the unit remains safe, functional, and reliable for long-term use.
