Each piles are thoroughly blasted to near white metal condition and coated with 2 layers of epoxy paint system. The result allows complete corrosion protection against liquid chemicals on bund walls.

Another storage tank refurbished with a brand new lining!

These tanks have been in service for more than 20 years and our client were keen to restore its internal surfaces to avoid any contamination in its palm oil storage.

With the combined efforts of our blasting and painting crews, we successfully accomplish the lining process within the stipulated deadline of 10 days - minimizing downtime and ensuring our client's productivity is not affected.
