Roles :

-Manage and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

-Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

-Providing technical support for our company product across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).

-Software Development Knowledge.

-Knowledge of online marketing channel like Facebook and Instagram.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)

-2+ years of relevant work experience.

-Knowledge of at least software development.

-Knowledge of at least one database management system.

-Coordination and leadership skills.
