Dropping by to leave a few tips to prepare yourself before heading for your vaccination.

1. Get enough rest, eat well & be hydrated.
2. Prepare a pen, your ID documents, and your updated medication list, medical history such as allergies and co-morbidities.
3. Double mask (one disposable one cloth), face shield if you want. Keep your sanitiser handy too.
4. Try to have someone to take you or organise transport as you may experience pain in your arm which might make it hard to drive.
5. Keep screenshots of your vaccine batch and digital certificate.
6. Everyone experiences different symptoms towards different vaccines and also depending on your own body’s immunity. Some experience nothing at all. Don’t worry about it too much, just monitor yourself and seek medical help if the symptoms prolong.
7. Remember that you are a hero who is helping the nation overcome this by getting vaccinated to protect yourself and people around you.
