Leadership Formation and Evangelization

In our local synodal process, we had identified Leadership Formation and Evangelization as two of the topics which needed attention. In our parish, leaders are called to respond everyday. Church leaders, are called, very specially to pastor the flock which are entrusted to them by Christ. The Acts of the Apostles is a study of the Early Church, of how they made decisions, of how these decisions affected the early community. It affords us a glimpse of how the leaders in the Early Church were guided in their decisions.
