Our LED PCU does exactly that. It has two sides (like an LED monolith), and each side senses its own environment. When the sun shines directly onto Side A, that panel automatically brightens so the price stays perfectly readable. Meanwhile Side B, sitting in a dimmer spot, stays at a lower brightness.

In our demo, the readings tell the story: Side A reads 38 while Side B reads just 19.

Why does this matter?

1️⃣ Power savings — many systems run both sides at full brightness, wasting energy. Ours only brightens the side that needs it. Save power, save money.

2️⃣ Longer LED lifespan — because the LEDs aren't always running at 100%, they last much longer.

And here's a clever touch: the brightness changes gradually over about 10 seconds. So if a bird flies over and briefly shades the sensor, the sign won't flicker on and off — it stays smooth and stable.

✅ OPP Mode — Change values via remote control only
✅ POS Mode — Update the PCU display directly through the price terminal
✅ ES Mode — Manual number increase, used for function testing only

To use the price terminal at your shop or petrol station, always make sure your PCU system is set to POS Mode first!
