Today we gonna talk about the benefits of bodyweight workout. There are many out there. I just gonna list down 3 here.
1. Free (maximum results with minimal investment)
If you are beginner i strongly recommend to start with the bodyweight training to build up your strength and endurance gradually before you pay your membership in the gym! Don't get me wrong is always good to workout in gym for many other reasons.
2. Injury prevention
According to mensfitness.co.uk
"weight training might provide faster, more impressive muscle. On the other, bodyweight training might make you more healthy, more flexible and less prone to injury."
3. Easy to do (whenever and wherever)
Is your house to far from the gym? Or after work you're feeling lazy to drive? Then bodyweight workout is best choice for you. Just do at home!! You are saving plenty of time to drive back and forth.
A simple squat exercise can be performed easily in your living room.
