This is a cafe is mainly focus on coffee & light meal such as sandwich/toast.

This is the workshop design to a coffee professional/lover,

who interested forcupping scoring , Coffee competitionjudging exprience

from our judges

Beside the judging exprience , benneth is a coffee roaster which have 8 years exprience in Giesen coffee roasting machine.

In this workshop,
We will cover the acidity identification with fruits / chemical compound.

Cupping scoring,

Brewing method with
different coffee processing
(Natural , washed ,Anaerobic etc)

Practical and more.

Total pax for this workshop is
5pax per session.

Estimated time is 5hrs.
