We’re proud to present one of our latest exclusive design & build projects at Goshen @ Premier City, Ipoh, where NL Innovations was entrusted to deliver a full transformation tailored to our client’s lifestyle.

This was a complete turnkey renovation, meaning we managed everything from initial design concepts to the finishing details, allowing our client to simply “turn the key” and enjoy their new home without the stress of coordinating multiple contractors.

Scope of works included:

The project is now successfully handed over and currently awaiting curtain installation and soft furnishing (loose furniture) works to complete the final touches.
