Untuk pengetahuan semua, ketika ini harga SSD dan RAM sedang mengalami kenaikan yang sangat tinggi, selari dengan kekurangan pengeluaran cip (chip) di peringkat global. Keadaan ini menyebabkan harga pasaran meningkat ke tahap yang tidak munasabah.

Situasi ini juga telah diambil kesempatan oleh pihak tidak bertanggungjawab dengan menjual produk tiruan (fake SSD & RAM) pada harga yang jauh lebih murah daripada harga pasaran semasa.

Sepanjang bulan ini sahaja, pihak kami di GeekyWork telah menerima banyak kes SSD tiruan daripada pelanggan yang membeli secara atas talian dan datang untuk pemasangan. Apa yang membimbangkan, pembungkusan produk tiruan ini hampir menyerupai produk original sehingga 90% sama, dan sangat sukar dibezakan oleh pengguna biasa.

Berhati-hatilah ketika membeli SSD dan RAM pada harga terlalu murah. Pastikan membeli daripada penjual yang dipercayai dan elakkan menjadi mangsa penipuan.

We would like to inform all customers that SSD and RAM prices are currently increasing significantly, mainly due to a global shortage in chip manufacturing. This situation has caused market prices to rise to an unreasonable level.

Unfortunately, this price surge has also been exploited by scammers, who are selling fake or counterfeit SSDs and RAM at prices far below the current market value.

In this month alone, we at GeekyWork have received a large number of fake SSDs brought in by customers who purchased them online and came to us for installation. What is alarming is that the packaging of these counterfeit products looks almost identical to the original up to 90% similar, making it very difficult for average users to tell the difference.

⚠️ Our advice:
Please be cautious when purchasing SSDs and RAM at unusually low prices. Always buy from trusted sellers to avoid being scammed.
