在MOREL, 我们始终坚持使用霹雳海岸手钓野生鱼获,并遵循熟成工艺, 让鱼肉达到最佳风味后才呈现给客人。
我们相信, 真正优质的食材无法被催促, 更无法被取代。因此, 近期的野生熟成鱼料理数量有限, 售完即 止。
