Aside from performances, the festival also consists of workshops and a networking event, bringing people together with knowledge and connections. Sadly I had to leave this festival halfway through, but had an amazing time. Met a lot of interesting and talented people. 🫶

H0M0HAUS #3 [Part 1/2]

Visited Bangkok just for this festival. This is my first international performing art festival that I attended abroad, and I’m glad to be able to help in capturing this momentous event. Week 1 was full of happening events; from the radical opening to the emotional performances.

A morning walk and catchup with along the streets of Bangkok Chinatown. Just a quick snaps of the streets, the people, and the intriguing items. I just love how modern yet rustic Bangkok is, when every corner has something interesting and how beautiful Thai people live.

Need to adopt the idea of ไม่เป็นไร (mai pen rai) in my life more. 🙏

Wesak Day is one of the significant celebrations by the Buddhists; commemorating three pivotal milestones in the life of Gautama Buddha: his birth, his enlightenment, and his passing. It is heartwarming to see that the devotees are all marching together in this parade, giving out little blessings and happiness to everyone.
