Trees provide us with oxygen and play a crucial role in maintaining ecological balance, including influencing rainfall. If we continue to cut down trees, the population will keep growing while the oxygen levels in the atmosphere decrease. This can lead to food shortages and numerous other issues, such as reduced rainfall resulting in less irrigation water. With less water for irrigation, harvests will dwindle, leading to food scarcity, which could ultimately result in famine if this trend persists.

Trees absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen, while we do the opposite. Our evolution is closely tied to trees, which are essential for our survival. Without them, we wouldn't exist. While cutting down a tree isn't inherently bad if we plant two in its place, it’s important to remember that trees are living beings too.
