We ran together, we laughed together, and we raised funds for a great cause together.

2 Days to Go Runners!
Here are the Checklist for your reference:
o Proper Running Shoes: Ensure each runner has a pair of comfortable and well-fitting running shoes suitable for the event. 👟👟👟👟
o Appropriate Clothing: Encourage runners to wear lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing that allows for ease of movement and breathability. We have prepared a TP Running Shirt for those who registered. 👕 👕👕👕
o Hydration Gear: Remind runners to carry a water bottle or hydration pack to stay hydrated during the run. Consider providing water stations along the route as well. 💦💦💦
o Timing Devices: If applicable, provide timing devices or encourage runners to use running apps or Smart watches to track your time and progress. ⌚️🍏
o Sun Protection: Advise runners to apply sunscreen before the run to protect their skin from harmful UV rays. Hats or visors and sunglasses can also help shield their eyes from the sun. Well, we will end by 6:30AM to 7AM; not so hot. 🌞
o Warm-Up Exercises: Encourage runners to perform dynamic warm-up exercises to prepare their muscles and joints for the run. Include activities like jogging in place, high knees, and arm circles. 🏃🏃♂️🏃♀️
o Stretching: Remind runners to engage in a post-run stretching routine to cool down their muscles and prevent stiffness or soreness.🏋️♀️
o Snacks/Energy Gels: Suggest runners bring small snacks or energy gels to consume during the run to maintain energy levels. Ensure they are familiar with the products and how they affect their performance. 🍌 🥖 🍱
o Positive Attitude: Encourage runners to approach the Fun Run with a positive mindset, focusing on enjoying the experience and celebrating their achievements. Aura! 😊😊😊
o Safety Precautions: Emphasize the importance of following traffic rules, staying on designated routes, and being aware of their surroundings. If required, provide safety marshals or volunteers along the course.❤️❤️❤️
o Supportive Friends and Colleagues: Encourage runners to invite friends, team mates and family members (if you have there) to cheer them on during the Fun Run. Their support can provide an extra boost of motivation.🌈🏋️♀️🌞😊🌈❤️🙏
