Following are 2 highlights that I would like to bring it forward here:

From these 2 highlights we noted that not genuine employee could manipulate certain process using their positing and authority to do things that benefits themselves while damaging company. In certain scenarios, authorities and position sometime does make a person become more greedy.

On the paper, following are how they actually fraud the company:

Even a well establish organization like Amazon also could be fraud millions by their employees, it could also happen to any organizations & SMEs.

In my career journey, I have come across a real case scenario where my client’s most trusted staff stolen their cash in safety box amounting to RM50,000 during our national day 31/8/2022. This fraud is due to that staff is in very bad financial situation that cost him to make the decision to steal company’s money to help himself go through the difficulty. However, no matter what’s the reason behind the action, this is still something that show no integrity.
