Growing up, Helmy learned that hard work and faith go hand in hand. He understood that nothing valuable comes easily. Armed with little more than a camera, determination, and trust in Allah, he stepped into a highly competitive industry where success was never guaranteed.

The path was filled with obstacles. There were financial struggles, long hours, and personal sacrifices. He carried equipment alone, travelled from one assignment to another, and spent countless nights editing while others slept. Every event was another opportunity to prove himself.

As his name grew, so did the challenges.

Like many entrepreneurs and public figures, Helmy faced criticism and even false accusations that sought to damage his reputation without evidence. Rumours spread faster than the truth, and there were attempts to undermine the years of hard work he had invested in building his brand.

Helmy has been actively involved in the Malaysian film industry, capturing gala nights, fan screenings, and road tours for including Blood Brother, 6 Jilake, Telaga Suriram, Keluang Man, Banduan, Duyung 2, Gayong 2 and The Furious. His professionalism has also earned him the opportunity to serve as a freelance photographer for Penang EXCO members,
But his dream was never only about personal success.

Understanding the struggles faced by creative entrepreneurs, Helmy also founded One Click Hub, a platform created to help local businesses and creative talents connect with more opportunities. He believes that success has greater meaning when it helps others rise as well.
