Another dish we are very looking forward to at Sláinte is Aberdeen Angus rib-eye flambéed with Dalmore 15 Year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky. The Closet Chef had these steaks specially brought in from the UK and they are genuine Angus rib-eyes from Aberdeen in Scotland! 😋

One of the dishes for Sláinte will be a torched sous-vide salmon that will be infused with gin and to give our attendees the very best, Thor's Affair has flown in a whole Loch Duart salmon for the dinner.

Loch Duart salmon is regarded by many professional chefs as the gold standard in farmed salmon and we are very excited to be able to serve this beautiful fish at Sláinte! 😊
