The wall plastering in this unit was impressively done with a very smooth and even finish. However, during our checks we found that the air conditioning was not cooling properly when tested using our FLIR One Pro thermal scanner. 🌡️📱

The homeowner also requested a detailed inspection of the floor tiles for hollowness, as he plans to install SPC flooring later on. Our team carefully scanned and tapped the tiles to ensure everything was properly assessed. 🔎

During the inspection, we also detected water leakage at the bathroom ceiling while conducting our moisture scan. Early detection like this helps homeowners report the issue before further damage occurs. 🚿
