SSM SERTAI OPERASI BERSEPADU PINTAS MEGA BIL. 1/2026 DI BALIK PULAU

Balik Pulau, 12 Februari 2026 – Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) Negeri Pulau Pinang telah menyertai Operasi Bersepadu Pintas Mega Bil. 1/2026 di sekitar Balik Pulau pada 28 Januari 2026.

Operasi ini dilaksanakan bagi memperkukuh penguatkuasaan dan memastikan pematuhan terhadap undang-undang kawal selia di bawah seliaan agensi penguatkuasaan terlibat.

Hasil pemeriksaan ke atas enam premis perniagaan melibatkan entiti perniagaan, syarikat dan perkongsian liabiliti terhad mendapati terdapat ketidakpatuhan terhadap peruntukan di bawah Akta Pendaftaran Perniagaan 1956 serta Kaedah-kaedah Pendaftaran Perniagaan 1957. Sehubungan itu, sebanyak lima notis kompaun telah dikeluarkan oleh SSM.

Turut serta dalam operasi ialah Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah, Polis Diraja Malaysia Daerah Barat Daya dan Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang.

2025 Personal Tax Relief has been finalised by LHDN and we would like to update a few newly implemented reliefs and measures:

1. Interest on Housing Loans for First Time Owners (applicable to properties purchased from 1/1/2025 to 31/12/2027)
- RM 7,000.00 for housing price not more than RM500k
- RM 5,000.00 for housing price above RM500k - RM750k

2. Expenses related to EV (RM2,500.00)
- Relief extended to year 2027
- EV Owners are able to enjoy this relief at their charging facilities including installation, rental, EV related equipments or Subscription Fees.

3. Education/Medical Insurance (RM4,000.00)
- Previously combined relief only RM3,000 and now it increased.

4. Dividend Income
- Individuals that receiving annual dividend income exceeding RM100,000, are subjected to 2% on the excess amount.

5. Food Waste Composting Machine
- Purchase/Expenses of a food waste composting machines for household use are eligiblee for relief but it is claimable once every three years!
