The very first time serving coffee as the brewers competitor in MBrC preliminary round Yeon is serving a cup of coffee that leave no room for imprecision, she first decided to join not just to get experience but aim higher so she choose Panama Ninety Plus Geisha that source by our best friends

It was only 3kg available, thank you Tommy for reserving one for us! It's much precious cup of coffee all the florals and fruits characters are layering each other at all the time yet remaining the cup incredibly clean! No matter how rare is this coffee be, the most remarkable moment is how its precision could be presented! So the goal of the brewing is to presenting this cup of coffee in its most accurate characteristic to everyone 🙆🏻‍♀️

So the brewing concept is to focusing on its clarity instead of intensity! To do this, after multiple attempts in craft the optimum water mineral composition, we decided to refined the mineral content until a total 40-50ppm range for providing "Space of Water" that allow the coffee have enough space to express itself into the cup precisely.

Dripper used is solo dripper which allow the water mineral composition can reach the coffee bed throughly without compress the flavor.
It is pair with Hiflux filters paper that allow the passage of aromatic compounds and also promises the texture to have a smooth and silky like finish.

As a brewers, Yeon had successfully delivered the precious cup of coffee to the judges!✨ As a connector we would like delivered the message from farmers to everyone is Enjoy! Enjoy each sip naturally, as all the flavors and note will be expressed in their own timing🍒

Of course will continue to brew a better cup of coffee as always. As we do believe that our timing will be somewhere in later🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♂️✨

Even we are not making into Semifinal round, yet would like to appreciate everyone effort in judging Organizing Volunteering . And all the best for all the semifinal winners!✨✨
