Perfecting the proportions. In an open-plan layout, even the smallest structural details matter.

To prevent the sofa from awkwardly overhanging the original concrete wall, we designed a custom wood-panel extension. This bespoke addition doesn't just visually anchor the lounge area—the extended section itself is functional. We designed it to house a hidden cabinet, creating a sleek "garage" for the robot vacuum to keep the floor plan completely clutter-free.

This living zone transitions seamlessly into a tailored dry kitchen and minimalist bar counter, creating a fluid, highly functional space designed for modern living.

Form meets daily function. To break away from rigid angles, we introduced a curved feature wall that gently softens the open layout.
Integrated into this fluid transition is a frosted glass partition to pull in natural light, a floating wood console, and a striking, illuminated full-length mirror.

Beyond adding spatial depth, this rounded mirror is strategically placed to serve the homeowner’s daily routine—acting as the perfect,
well-lit spot for a final outfit or makeup check before stepping out the door.
