（吉隆坡23日讯）国家银行昨日调降隔夜政策利率（OPR）25个基点至2.75%，尽管令市场感到意外，但亦认为是适时的，因全球不利因素增加，尤其是中国武汉最近爆发冠状病毒疫情。
OPR目前处于2011年3月以来的最低点。上一次降息是去年5月，利率从3.25%下调至3%
这段时期购买房子，新车是最佳时机，因为利息最低的时候。
这段时间也非常适合生意人，再融资贷款为机会做准备。
