✅食材：黑米100g、糯米80g、黑豆100g、黑
芝麻20g、花生 45g、红枣8颗和适量枸杞和冰糖
✅做法：
①其中黑米、黑糯米、黑豆提前泡一晚上
②食材洗净加入800毫升水电煮锅炖煮一小时
③加入牛奶,搅拌均匀！
夏天做好放冰箱冷藏一下！!就跟喝奶茶一样 。
