Aalto Academy welcomes MOE’s recognition of the importance of swimming as part of its school curricular activities.

With the recent drownings of a teenager and the 6 Fire & Rescue men who went in search of him, we are reminded that swimming is not a luxury but a life saving skill. Apart from life saving, swimming nurtures soft skills such as discipline, perseverance and leadership qualities such as team work and negotiation.

Here at Aalto Academy, swimming is an essential curricular activity. We are also a member of MSSM and our learners develop their swim confidence and actively participate in state and national swim competitions.
