"Why the size limitations?"
- At the moment, we're targeting small-medium buyers that aren't keen on paying for a big truck when a van would do.

"Are you only delivering to Penang?"
- Yup! We're targeting to delivery to island and mainland Penangnites but Kedah/Perak/Perlis border towns may be considered at a surcharge.

"Can I only shop for furniture?"
- Not necessarily. We'll pick up the smaller items from bathroom fittings to kitchenware, from rugs to cushion covers, as long your receipt is a minimum of RM200.

"Am I allowed refunds or returns?"
- Refunds (of the compulsory 50% deposit) will only be given if the item is found out of stock during shopping date. Returns will only be allowed if item was wrongly purchased.
