Why we choose Rendang:
Today we wanted share with you all, when chef Evan as a trainee cook in Berjaya Langkawi, he learn this dish
With one malay chef name Siti, when she cooked the dish, he help her to prepare like big red chili galangal, etc
She told his what kind of the cooking technique about this dish. He love this dish, after more 16 year he still remember this small story to inspired to share all beef Rendang lover.
After this, he aslo learn France, Japanese, Italian , Chinese cuisine to make a dish more special.
Ours beef Rendang is use 36 hours to slow cooked New Zealand beef brisket
