Job Responsibility:

- Perform data entry of information and products
- Provide customer service via phone regarding e-constant communicating with customers.
- Serve as intermediary between online customers and our business
- Manage the on-site shopping experience through effective use of tagging and keywords, including keyword research
- Enter customer orders into computer system received via the internet
- Perform customer service functions by answering requests and questions
- Prepare orders so they are ready for entry into computer system
- Provide shipping quotes
- Troubleshoot and problem solve daily issues
- Perform product photoshoot
- Pick and pack for customer order
- Execute monthly online promotion.
- Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience is a plus for this position.
- Required language(s): Malay, English
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Have a good basic skills in picture editing is a plus!
- Editing, reasoning and basic math skills
- Experience in the retail sales of consumer-related goods preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to establish and measure personal goals
