From Jakarta to Manila—the momentum continues to build in anchoring structured thinking with the Jobstreet Emerging Markets team, bringing together participants from the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.

Also spurring the team on is Dannah Majarocon, Managing Director, Jobstreet Philippines, also a Management Consulting Institute (MCI) alumni. She encouraged them to apply their learnings to the business—engaging with clients proactively, communicating with clarity, and shifting the narrative.

The first Management Consulting Institute (MCI) Level 1 workshop for Jobstreet Emerging Markets (Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand) kicked off in Jakarta recently.

Great energy and engagement throughout the programme—strengthening structured thinking, sharpening problem solving, and building a common language to align stakeholders and drive results.

The MCI alumni from Jobstreet Indonesia were also present to share their experiences.

We recently concluded the World Class Internal Trainers programme with the team at Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Kota Kinabalu.

The trainers were selected by their Heads of Department to bring about developing new competencies by standardising operational training, identifying new learning methods and developing a business acumen mindset.

During the programme, participants worked through practical exercises in cross-functional teams and identified projects they will lead for the organisation.

It was encouraging to see the enthusiasm and commitment from the Rasa Ria team as they developed their plans in alignment with the organisation’s strategic priorities.
