Manage the Local Authorities requirement on fit-out plan and design matters for any new/ renovation project

Coordinate with Architect on site fit-out works for Building Plan (BP) submission to Local Authorities and government official works including immigration.

Handle utility meter installation and termination with relevant utility provider to ensure proper functionality i.e. Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), State Water Meter Provider (Air Selangor etc)

Be a liaison officer between internal and external stakeholders

Undertake any work related to projects assigned as and when required by Project Manager
