2025 has been a meaningful year for us marked by growth, milestones, and valuable lessons. As we reflect on the year, we do so with gratitude and a clear focus on building stronger foundations for the future.

🔧 Operational Improvement: Learning, Adapting, Improving
Earlier in the year, we reorganised our tyre warehouse by grouping inventory based on size, type, and demand frequency. While the initiative was well-intended, it did not deliver the efficiency gains we anticipated.

Instead of persisting, we chose to pivot.

Later in the year, we transitioned from mobile racking to fixed racking systems, investing in infrastructure that better supports safety, stability, and scalability. Key improvements include:

- 400 fixed racking pallet spaces dedicated to one of our customers
- Acquisition of a reach truck forklift, enhancing operational safety and efficiency

This journey reflects our belief that progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning quickly, adapting wisely, and investing in solutions that truly work.

Strengthening Our Team with Advanced Truck Technology

In December, we successfully conducted a comprehensive training session on the new Quester trucks for our drivers, led by the UD Trucks dealer team. The program was carefully structured to ensure our drivers gained the essential knowledge and hands-on skills needed to operate the new fleet safely, confidently, and efficiently.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the UD dealer team for their professional support and expertise, as well as to all our drivers for their active participation and strong commitment to continuous improvement.

This completed training marks an important milestone in strengthening our operational capabilities and reinforcing safe and effective truck usage. We wish all our drivers continued success as they apply their newly acquired knowledge on the road.
