“What Were You Wearing?” exhibition at the Conference on Crimes Against Women. This exhibit confronts one of the most harmful and irrelevant questions people ask survivors. Violence thrives in secrecy, shame, grooming, coercion, and indifference, not clothing.

We educate our patients about Apple Safety Check. It helps iPhone users review who has access to their location, apps, messages, and shared information.

For someone experiencing intimate partner violence, digital safety can be part of physical safety.

Save this. Share it quietly. It may help someone later.

This is for the exhausted person who keeps saying, “I need something for me,” but doesn’t know where to start.

🌑🌕 What if your summer had a rhythm that helped you come back to yourself?

Not another thing to push through.

A rhythm.
A place to pause every two weeks that’s just for you.
A place to release what no longer serves you, and realign with your truth.

This is the heart of the TTIC Summer Moon Sessions
🌕🌔🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌗🌖🌕

From May 16 through August 27, we’ll gather on Zoom for TTIC Nervous System Reset sessions featuring 9D Breathwork, timed with the new and full moons.

New moons invite intention, growth, and what you’re ready to build.

Full moons invite reflection, emotional processing, release, and realignment.

You can come to one session, choose a moon pass, or move through the full summer series.

✨ Single Session: $45
✨ Summer Moon Pass: $315
✨ New Moon Pass: $166
✨ Full Moon Pass: $166
✨ Eclipse Mini Pass: $77

No astrology experience needed.
The moon gives us the theme.
Your body leads the process.

Choose the session that’s calling you, or let the full series become your summer rhythm.

This is what it looks like before a private breathwork session starts.

There’s setup. Safety. Consent. Pacing. Equipment checks. Making sure people feel comfortable enough to have their own experience without feeling watched or pushed.

This couple did the Letting Go journey together, and afterward they both said they felt lighter.

The body responds when it finally has space to put something down.

This is why I care so much about trauma-informed breathwork. Choice matters. Safety matters. Pacing matters. Your body gets to respond in its own way. That lines up with the TTIC approach of honoring capacity, consent, and nervous system support instead of forcing intensity.

Comment LET GO and I’ll send you the info for the Letting Go journey.

Want a private 9D breathwork session for yourself, your partner, or your team? Book a consult through the link in my bio.

Unexpected delays happen, but keeping people informed about what's next can prevent so many problems. Trust is built on fewer surprises and clear communication. If you say you'll be back, be back.

Secondary trauma is an occupational reality. When triggered, listen to your body: What just happened that's making you feel shaky? What did you see or hear? What feels threatened? This is an excerpt of the TIC lecture for TNA's March 2026 meeting. Watch the full lecture on Youtube. Link in bio.

Some stories are too heavy to carry alone.

Debriefing is necessary.

Before you unload the full weight of a traumatic case, pause and ask:

Do they have capacity for this right now?

A content warning isn’t dramatic.
Consent isn’t extra.
Details can be shared slowly.

Processing your work should not mean handing the trauma to someone else without warning.

This is how we care for ourselves and each other.

Caught a ride to Dallas with my husband this morning and got a tiny behind-the-scenes peek at his world before heading to SANE training.

Downtown skyline, City Hall, Dallas Fire, his office, and a slow little morning together before both of us went into helper mode. 🚒🤍

Giant initiatives aren't always the answer. Sometimes, the most meaningful shifts come from the small, repeatable behaviors we do daily, transforming them into our culture.
