This is Fer, and in her kitchen, the details are everything.

She's from León, Guanajuato, where she learned from a young age that every ingredient has a story — and deserves respect.
She's been part of Mestixa for a year now, and says this place changed something in her: the pursuit of excellence. A way of seeing that lets nothing slip by.
Her favorite part of the day is preparing the dishes. Watching how ingredients from two worlds come together into something no one expected — but everyone remembers.
