The season of light is here at The Pit Cenote ☀️🤿
This is one of the best times of the year to dive The Pit, when the sun lines up perfectly with the cenote and creates the famous light rays shining deep into the water. Combined with the crystal-clear visibility and the sulfur cloud, it makes for an unforgettable dive.
If The Pit has been on your bucket list, now is the time to experience it.
📍 Peak sun ray season
🌊 Incredible visibility
🤿 One of the most iconic cenote dives in Mexico
Who’s joining us underwater?
After using the OrcaTorch ORCA7, I can honestly say I’m seriously impressed. 🔦🌊
What stood out to me immediately was how something so compact and lightweight can deliver this much power. The 3000 lumens are incredibly bright underwater, and the 6° focused beam cuts cleanly through dark or murky water with minimal backscatter — exactly what you want when visibility drops.
I really love how comfortable it feels in hand and how easily it fits into a sidemount pouch without adding bulk. At only 125g, it’s the kind of light you can always carry without even noticing it’s there until you need it.
The build quality feels premium and dependable, and knowing it’s 150m depth rated gives real confidence for demanding dives. The glove-friendly controls are a great touch, especially when you need quick access underwater.
Honestly, this is one of those products that surprises you the moment you use it — small size, serious performance. I genuinely love how practical, powerful, and travel-friendly it is. Definitely a backup light I’d trust and be happy to bring on every dive.

Isn't that a cool picture? I just can't stop looking at it..
Cenote Carwash after heavy rain becomes really gorgeous. It only happens a few times a year, the tannic acid from the roots of the vegetation surrounding the cenote washes out into the water and forms an orangy color cloud on the surface.
You could be the lucky one.. 😇
We always see the model in the picture... but none of this beautiful art would be possible without the talent of a great photographer. Thanks to for the amazing shots! 📷❤️
