Such a beautiful Thursday! 😃

Started off with the sweetest, most wonderful, floral smell as I was setting up for 6 am 90 minute yoga class for Casper College (CC) PE. As I looked around I discovered my wax plant has bloomed!😍

Next, I concluded my meditation course through CC Continuing Education. For our last class of the session we did a lovely walking meditation, weather was absolutely perfect!☀️

Then, I taught a kid’s yoga class for 3-5 yr olds in the Child Development Center’s Head Start program. The kids were great! So curious and excited. They even set me off with a cute little Thank You card💗

Lastly, I subbed yoga for CC continuing Ed. The students are always so kind and grateful✨

I’m so luck that I get to spend my time connecting with such a diversity of Amazing people and call it “work”🙌
