CASA PATAS

Update: Chiki is now home with me, tagging tail and smiles galore. She stays in her big crate to protect her from the other dogs when I’m not here. A second distemper tests says she doesn’t have the disease (as I suspected). Little girl doesn’t have a clue how this housebreaking thing works. We spent a half- hour outside; then came in and poo’d and peed. Mop is handy. No worries we’ve got time. She’ll be healthy and happy if it kills me. Jungle dogs deserve love, too. Eighth sterilizacion campaign of 2025 is done, done, done at Casa Patas MX in Macario Gómez. Thirty-nine animals spayed and neutered, making a total so far of 168 from the little villages around here in the jungle.

I’ve got 25 more animals on the waiting list (including 10 who didn’t show up for one reason or another this past Sunday). I’m out of money for my project. Please help if you can.

I’m so proud that word of spreading, spreading, spreading in my little community and the local people are responding.
