Customer Support Representative – Medical Scheduling:
📍 On-Site | Zona Río, Tijuana
⏰ Monday–Friday | 7:55 AM – 5:00 PM
🚨 Only 5 positions available

💰 Compensation & Bonuses:
• Training & Nesting Pay:
$4,600 MXN weekly (before taxes) during training and nesting
⏱️ 6 weeks total
• Post-Nesting Pay:
Earn up to $5,600 MXN weekly (before taxes)
• Performance Bonus:
Earn up to $1,000 MXN monthly based on call evaluations
• Monthly Earnings Potential:
Up to $23,400 MXN per month before taxes after successfully completing training & nesting

🎯 Retention Bonuses:
• $1,500 MXN after 3 months
• $1,500 MXN after 6 months
• $3,000 MXN after 1 year

📚 Training Information:
• Training Start Date: Monday, April 13
• Start Time: 8:00 AM
• Weekly pay during training

🩺 Job Description:
• Inbound & outbound medical calls for pain management clinics
• Scheduling and verification of doctor appointments
• Medical records verification
• Prescription request updates
• Working directly with Patient Care Coordinators
• Accurate documentation and note-taking in patient files

✅ Job Requirements:
• Ability to work on-site and assigned schedule
• Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing & comprehension)
• Fluent Spanish
• Strong phone presence, listening skills & empathy
• Professional, respectful, and patient-focused attitude
• Minimum 2 years of call center experience (customer support preferred)
• Appointment scheduling experience is a plus
• Must pass interview process, background check & assessments

Required Hiring Documents (México Federal Labor Law):
• Valid physical INE
• RFC, CURP, IMSS number
• Birth certificate
• Valid constancia fiscal (SAT)
• Most recent electric bill
