No flexing, no lighting, no filters. This is the half way mark of my 10 week weight loss diet.
I am down 16 lbs body weight, not body fat. I have lost some muscle mass due to the aggressiveness of my diet. Even with resistance training, and high protein intake.
My strength is still good, my skin is looking cleaner, my inflammation is down quite a bit. However the negative side effects are, low energy, slower thinking, hangry, and I dream about food, all signs of diet fatigue.
I’m going to up my calories slightly. Try to not lose weight as fast and then hopefully find a new comfortable maintenance diet for a bit.
I’ve had a few people ask me why I am doing this.
And honestly, I wanted to see how much I could move my weight down and how quickly. Simply because I wanted to see what my body was capable of doing. I would never put a client through something like this. This is a little bit of an extreme. When it comes to dieting, slow and steady absolutely wins the race.
Excited to see where I sit after 5 more weeks of slow and steady.
