-Clean teeth after eating : brush is best
-You can use ajax or comet for cleaning your dentures (It helps to keep them clean and prevents tartar)

Your dentist advises you to use your new prosthesis all the time (even sleeping) during the first days. Once the necessary adjustments are made and you feel comfortable, must take off the prosthesis before bedtime to give rest to your gums and your tongue and allow your saliva to make a cleaning job in your mouth. The next day, you can get back the prosthesis.
It is best to start with soft foods cut into small pieces. chews slowly with both sides of the mouth , until you get used to handle the prosthesis. Yes , be very careful with the hard , sticky or very hot foods, and try to avoid chewing gum .
