Life and Happiness Coach Javy Confeti

I’m Javier Lara “Confeti”, founder and director of Operación Confeti, a movement dedicated to celebrating life, happiness and strengthening human connection through joy, empathy, and purpose. I am a Certified Coach in Personal Transformation and Team Building and a Facilitator for Emotionally Responsible Companies (OC EER). Together with my therapy dog Gala I help teams communicate better, rebuild trust, and rediscover motivation.

My journey began in childhood while living with Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID). At 13, I created a character named “Burbujín”, who brought laughter and hope to others.
That experience shaped my lifelong mission: to spread the joy of living and share messages that inspire resilience and unity.

Over the years I’ve faced deep challenges — surviving cancer and losing my mother, wife, and son. A private audience with Pope John Paul II transformed my outlook and gave me clarity. Through every hardship, I chose resilience over despair, turning pain into purpose and grief into gratitude.
My mission: celebrate life, inspire hope, and share the strength found in healing.

When I visit your business, I bring more than a workshop — I bring an experience of healing, clarity, and connection. Through playful dynamics and reflective moments, I help teams align around compassion, forgiveness, and authentic communication.
Because when a team heals together, it grows stronger, performs better, and rediscovers the beauty of working — and living — with purpose.

Habrá quien me recuerde con cariño y habrá quien me recuerde con rencor, no es contradictorio, es coherente.

Cada quien despertó en mí
el reflejo exacto de lo que sembró.

No fui igual para todos,
porque no todos llegaron igual a mi.

No soy un templo de paciencia ni una fuente inagotable de dulzura, soy un hombre completo, llena de lunas, tormentas, cosechas y sequías.

Con los que llegaron a mi, con amor, fui abrigo.
Con los que llegaron con mentiras, fui espejo.
Con los que llegaron con ternura, fui pan caliente.
Con los que llegaron a usarme, fui filo.
Y no me arrepiento.

A esta edad no cargo culpas ajenas, no pido disculpas por haberme defendido.
No me interesa que todos hablen bien o mal de mí, porque no vine a este mundo a complacer, ni a ser complacido, vine a vivir con honestidad, aunque eso incomode a muchos.

La memoria de los otros no me pertenece, y si alguien me recuerda con cariño,
es porque supo tocar mi ALMA con respeto.
Y si alguien me recuerda con rencor, que revise qué entregó, porque lo que recibió fue el eco de su propio gesto.

ASÍ, SOY YO, ni santo, ni mártir, ni heroe de cuento.
YO SOY UN HOMBRE AUTENTICO, AMOROSO Y PODEROSO, un ser real.
Y lo que di, lo di desde mi ser.
Y lo que negué, también, desde mi verdad.

Y si algún día mis pasos se borran, que no se borre la lección: *un hombre libre no es para todos los públicos*.

Solo para quienes saben ver con el ALMA y no con el ego.
