Are you pregnant or planning for a baby and overwhelmed at how much information is out there?

Are you worried that if you don’t remember absolutely everything, something will go wrong?

This is an extremely common experience but ultimately birth is not a test you have to pass.

Birth doulas are incredibly knowledgeable birth workers whose precise purpose is to help you with informational support.

You can go to them with any questions and desired plans for your birth and they will hold those wishes for you.

You don’t have to hold everything on your own❗️
